Viewers buy the products tested and endorsed by Americas Test Kitchen because they trust ATK . ATK needs to ensure that that trust is not broken. That includes providing accurate pricing within reasonable margins. When the actual pricing is well beyond reasonable margins, in fact double the pricing that ATK provides to trusting viewers, ATK needs to take action and update their information and provide an explanation.
I have the Mercado Atlas and LOVE it!
Sure would like to know what other machines were tested and what their exact issues were.
Its hell finding the right attachments for this 150
The one you pick is now $80.00,and you failed to mention any of the other's
How about pasta extruders
You guys are recommending Amazon but I fine that all the products are ginuine after reading some of the reviews.
It's 84 now. Give it to me.
So are these machines food-grade stainless steel? Important info to know.
Just scored one at a garage sale, brand new in the box for $5.
what were the other machines? this smells like a paid advertising. America's Test Kitchen for me, USED to be a reliable source for my research, now, not so much. Unsubscribed
Did you say it
Ames Angel hair pasta?
Thank you for your video. I Just bought a marcato atlas 150. However all noodles are double strands. May I know why? Thank you.
Liars, the double cut is not the other machines fault! Think about it people.
My kitchen aid attachment is soo much easier. BTW cutting is better if you let it dry a little before cutting
Hello. Just what I was wondering!!!
Sadly, it appears this machine is no longer available on amazon. Does that mean it's manufacturer has been discontinued? Has ATK recommended another model that will work well? If anyone is willing to provide me a little guidance, I would much appreciate it.
My grandmother rolled out the dough and cut 1/2” wide noodles. I remember visiting and seeing the result on the table (circa 1960). The casserole was way better than with store noodles.Like the difference between store cookies and home baked.
My son got the pasta attachment for his mixing machine for Christmas. The round hollow 1” long ones were delicious.
Atlas rules, I use it my self and it's a good machine.
I prefer Imperia, a great pasta machine!
I'm watching the video 5 years later in 2024. The price now ranges from $85 to $150 on Amazon depending on color.
So, we tested the machines, and the best is the most expensive one… that's not useful information when you said almost all did the same (1:42)
Not $69.00, anymore.
I bought it, I used it, I love it. How about teaching us how to clean the cutter blades? The main body is pretty easy. The Malfadine blade not so much
Price is double now on 2024.
It now costs $119.00.
Same machine is $119.95 on Amazon now. 1/10/25
Love my Marcato!
I need to know what the best brand of pasta sheet maker brand that go to the kitchen aid attachment
There are literally dozens of these machines available inexpensively on eBay.
It's now $102
