  1. Sigh… guess I’ll eat only for a day and it’s at night. Or midday when I go on break. So pretty much just fasting 😂😂😂

    Snack every four hours and eat only at night like around 8 pm (Why so late? Cause I want to eat that late.) 😂😂😂

  2. one meal a day diet is an actual thing and well i grew up poor so i naturally ended up doing the one meal a day diet but now i just do it to maintain my weight where its at

  3. So basically he skips breakfast and lunch to eat all three meals in one meal couldn't he just divide tht through the day

  4. Careful guys you can do this when you're young but the chances of suddenly getting food intolerances when you age increase. 🙏🤝💪

  5. You know a healthy diet doesn’t just consist of low calories? You need other nutrients as well such as fibre, protein vitamins and minerals. These can be very difficult to get from just pizza, pasta and açai

  6. Eating at night has been proven to increase risk of heart disease and diabetes significantly. We have a circadian food intake and misalignment with it can have much worse consequences than eating a bit too much.

  7. Honestly I’ve considered something like this before, but my peak hunger is mid day when I’m at work. No way could I wait until night.
