Well, yeah, because you're you're eating cheese from a real animal milk. It's not that fake oil-based c*** that you buy or that pizzeria's. By you're getting a real semolina flour dough, and you're getting real tomato sauce without sugar.
Its got to do with the bread and flour they use. Of course the cheese too, real mozzarella is light fresh cheese not whatever "mozzarella" is in north america
That’s because the dough is made with fermented biga or poolish. It makes the pizza easier to digest as the probiotics break down the gluten so when it hits the digestive system it isn’t as harsh. Also pure San marzano tomato’s, true mozzarella which still contains probiotics from being made, and olive oil only for taste, so no excess heavy fat. It’s not just American pizza vs Italian, it’s about artisan bread making.
That is not crazy, we simply don't put a shit load of stuff above them. Oh, and the dough is not like wet cement, we study on how leave it the most lightly possible
I don’t really particularly like pizza. Too low nutrition, just some protein and a buttload of not terrific carbs, I’d rather eat brown rice steamed chicken breast vegetables and milk
It’s cuz in America the food quality is worse cuz it’s more expensive to get good food quality I know this cuz I went to America and couldn’t eat anything without feeling sick I live in Ireland btw so ya
The reason is the exact thing he cries about in the US; regulations. Italy doesn’t let companies poison their population like conservatives in the US do.

The secret is the properly fermented dough
I hear the gluten is different. Some people with gluten allergies can eat pasta and pizza in Italy and be just fine
I prefer American pizza
As a non-american I went to italy last year and the pizza was mid
Eating a whole pizza is normal in italy. We seldom get just a slice of it, but it depends on the type of pizza.
yup that american ingredients for you chemicals fuck you up big time glad i am from germany/Europe where food is food and not chemicals xD

The closer you are to Italy the better pizza tastes, you don’t even need to be in italy
You can do that same thing buying from a proper pizza establishment in America and yes I’ve been to Italy

It's the flour and possibly the oil too. I notice the same difference when eating chips made with olive oil/avocado oil vs vegetable oil.
Folic acid in America
Any where in the world except America nowhere else in the world has 13 ingredients in single cheese
The flour used in the us is different than in other countries
All the bs they add to "enrich" flour is what's killing us
