  1. I'm glad you mentioned the iffiness of freezing pasta, ppl don't seem to understand me when I say it really changes it. I don't like leftover pasta cuz just going in the fridge and reheating it makes it less good. With a cheese sauce, it's okay, but a tomato base? Tastes like canned spaghetti.

  3. I do this too. It's better for me to make meals and freeze them instead of eating processed foods. I love left overs, so don't care about that.

  4. I hate my spaghetti sauce. It always too sour. I tried adding carrots which made it carroty. Added celery which didn't make any difference. Sugar didn't do much either.

  5. Cooking Spinach kicks my azz. It takes me 45 min tp go through a bag and cut the stems. Then it’s barely anything in the pot.

  6. I REALLY appreciate this. I’m a teaching assistant, working with littles who have special educational needs. At the end of the day my back is killing, head is pounding and all I want to do is crawl into bed but I know I need to eat.

    A lot of time on the weekends I batch cook my favourite meals (normally pasta bakes with tuna and extra cheese, yum) and place them into reusable containers. Other times my mum will do a beautiful homemade cottage pie and split it into portions for the week ahead. Absolutely delicious and satisfies me after such a long work day ❤ Thank you for all your videos! Love from the UK.

  8. I freeze a lot of things but i have never thought of stuffed shells! I think of those as an already quick meal. But you mean to tell me i can make my 30+ shells and not have to worry about eating them in a few days? This changes everything!

  10. what you hate admitting that you’re smart and found a way to make it easier to get a proper meal in??? this is NOTHING to be ashamed of i think you should be loud and proud about it!!

Our family is proud to make meals in 2 or 3 times the meal portion since we always put the leftovers to the fridge (if we're planning to eat it again within the week) or the freezer (when its a particular food that gets spoiled easily or stores best in a freezer) and it saves so much of your time, energy AND money when you do this. Since it gets you thinking what food do you have first instead of thinking what takeout you have to order. Sometimes takeouts is the easy and fast way to eat but getting to choose and know what you eat is what's important to me.
