  1. Prawidłowo jak trenujesz i masz deficyt to 2gr białka na kg masy ciała, 1gr tłuszczu reszta to węglowodany. Pozdrawiam 😂

  2. Yep guys dont follow that if yiu dont have much money…. these influencers got time for this cuz they earn money with this but you got a normal life aswell soo yea follow an easier diet…

  3. People have really cone accustomed to eating so much. That's just so much food to eat in one day. The people of old didn't eat like this and they were shepherds and they build things by hand, this requires a lot of strength and energy. They got what they needed in nutrition in such a small amount of food. I mean a very small amount of food. It's not because there wasn't much food. The amount of food they had was filled with so much nutrition. The food nowadays is absolutely horrible and you have made your bodied accustomed to eating more than it needs.

  4. 2g per pound to build 1g per pound is just to maintain 2.5-3g per pound if you want to get max muscle but you can’t just start off at 2g per pound start with 1g per pound for about a month or 2 so your body gets use to breaking down protein slowly increase your protein intake every week after your month or 2 of intaking 1g per pound…… you’re welcome

  5. Just drink a shake(25g), eat 250g of chicken/salmon/tuna (50-60g) eat curd cheese/skyr or sth like that 250g (30g protein) the carbs ( 200g of noodle have around 24 g for example) will give you around 25g too and boom – 130-140 g a day. Definitely achievable. If you can add 1 healthy source like eggs, cheese, milk, or meat/fish/seafood (100-200grams). Its definetly cheaper this way. Lentils/beans have some protein as carbs too. Meats too expensive and its kinda nasty to eat that much in a day.

  6. Bruh that was so simple it’s insane I’m glad I’m subd in bruh was like no non sense no problem 😂😂thank you 🎉

  7. I love how you’ve simplified this. It has made hitting my protein goals sooo much easier. And the fat is falling off. I’m following your other tips, they work! I thought my weight had plateaued and there was nothing I could do, I was wrong. Thank you sooo much I’m getting my confidence back 😃😃

  8. almost no one needs to eat 200 grams of protein. multiple .7 by your weight and if that, if you’re overweight than do your goal weight, i would also say if your bulking then also do your goal weight

  9. I just do 30oz of salmon for 180g of protein 10 for lunch another 20 for dinner outside of that, hemp seeds has protein, walnuts has protein, kamut has 18g of protein per 500 grams and a heaping 120ish grams of carbs.. MACROS is easy MICROS is where most ppl lack, not eating

  10. The boneless skinless chicken I got is 25 grams protein per 4oz so how is 6oz chicken 50 grams?

  11. Stop crying about price get a Sam’s club or Costco card you can buy all that shit in bulk

  12. My daily protein is where I struggle. Breakfast is probably what kills it for me because I don’t eat those meats for breakfast 🤔.

  13. All the small brain haters not understanding the point of the video is to make an easy to remember visual of what different meat/protein sources look like for 50g of protein.

  14. For most it's the cost. For me my breakfast is 3 whole eggs plus 10oz of egg whites. Lucky for me I work at a restaurant so I have access to eat for free for 1 meal. But I'll eat about 8 oz of chicken breast from work, and a 2 scoop protein shake. Then when I finally get home I'll eat a whole pound pack of lean ground beef or Turkey. Or pork loin which lean too. Yes pork don't sleep on it.

  15. Anybody do the money math on this? How much it would cost to eat a pound of chicken, steak, and fish everyday??

  16. Chicken liver is really cheap.
If you are willing to figure it out to deal with it, rejected meats are more nutritional and cheaper, just harder to cook and deal with.

  17. I’m petite with a stomach as a woman. I only gain in my stomach. This guy makes me feel hopeful that I’ll lose my stomach fat
