  2. I would add something flesh, tomato or some lettuce. A little bit of unrefined and not fried plant.

  3. Indians would recognise that as Vada Pav (a potato fritter in a crispy chickpea batter stuffed a white bread roll.

  4. I'm Indian from a hindu family and was effectively forced to sustain myself mostly on a vegetarian diet till the age of 15. Even eggs weren't allowed in my home. Since then I've mostly shifted to a diet of meat, eggs, cheese and lots of legumes and veggies. But regardless you're still one of my favorite creators on this app. Food is such a unifying factor in this divided world, through your channel I love to see places outside India, where I can take my vegetarian dad to without much worries.

  5. I love vegan food but tbh that does not look good at all lol. Deep fried starch with barely any seasoning, served inside of more starch, with no extra ingredients or sauce except a bit of lemon juice. It sounds so dry and bland 😥

    I haven't tried it tho so maybe it is great, just doesn't seem like it would be to me

  6. I didn't feel like you actually like it but you so nice what you can say🤷🏻‍♀️😊.. I'm not being rude to chefs just feel sorry for vegan people.. the sick ones of course.. a lot of dishes are poor or you have to put a bunch of different stuff to replace a little piece of meat and not even close to the taste I appreciate people like you who try to make or bring recipes that tastes good nothing compared to meat or seafood but better than bland dishes 😊
