In this recipe, I cut the zucchini in half, scoop out the inside, and chop it together with onion, breadcrumbs, chives, salt, tuna chunks, and olive oil. Then I fill the zucchini shells, bake them, and finish with a layer of melted cheese.

🕒 Cooking Time: 25 minutes
🔥 Oven Temperature: 160°C
✨ Ingredients:
• 2 zucchini
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• Salt to taste
• 1 can tuna chunks
• Olive oil
• Grated cheese (for topping)
👩🍳 Method:
1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the middle.
2. Chop the scooped zucchini and onion, and mix with breadcrumbs, chives, salt, tuna, and olive oil.
3. Brush zucchini shells with oil and salt.
4. Fill with the mixture and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
5. Add cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
