I don't understand how a food and wine festival could be so lacking in seating.
Wow you pretty much touched on every cuisine/food from around the world. What a fun eating day! The chocolate pudding cake with caramel and the Greek grilled cheese looked especially tasty (the Greeks also do other savory fried/griddled cheese dishes-saganaki, fried feta with honey, which are also good-who doesn't like gooey cheese!
