This recipe requires easy ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.
🍽️ Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 lb ziti pasta ( I used Penne Pasta)
2 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
2 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 a diced onion
1/2 a diced red pepper
1/2 a diced green pepper
1/2 a diced yellow pepper
Instructions:
Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, add spices (ginger powder, onion powder, all-purpose seasoning, cilantro, steak seasoning etc), then add marinara sauce.
Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, and seasonings.
Layer pasta, sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish (like you are making a lasagna).
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
🔥 Watch till the end for the satisfying cheese pull!
