  1. Green Mill is actually still around. Longest running jazz club in Chicago, although it's not as much of a jazz club anymore. The neighborhood is kind of rainbow friendly now, if you get my drift

  2. Find it hard to believe people think you can only get good food in new york. I found the food there awful.

  3. They guys owned restaurants. Business men. First. They built Vegas
    Ran it better
    Politicians wanted this action.
Havced these guys out of the picture
    Now is a disaster.
New York. Is still the best.

  4. Michael franzese great video
I would like to try the pasta with walnuts sounds good
My favorites are pasta al forno, pasta al grica
My family is from Santa Maria Infante LT, Italy
And yes MUTTI is my go to tomatoes

  5. I’m actually not surprised by a lot of these. When you really think about the types of people that were in organized crime (just as a whole) a lot started out lower class. They were not eating lobster and steak dinners growing up. Now in a position of power or authority their favorite meal reflects their upbringing but also it’s a comfort item.

That goes for rulers of countries as well.

Napoleon enjoyed a simple cooked chicken dish.
Stalin’s last meal was a platter of processed cold cuts with dark rye bread and pickled vegetables
Augustus Caesar famously had a simple diet for a Roman Emperor, he enjoyed fresh farm cheese, with figs and bread with some meat.

  6. My mother's family came from Lithuania and one of my aunt cooked stuffed crepes but didn't call them blintzes, but that is what they were. Very good.

  7. A great appetizer is stuffed artichokes and they are good for you too because they are loaded with protein and iron and for a pasta dish eight finger cavatell

  8. Cooking is an art. Sometimes I wonder how some people cook so delicious foods . I try but came out sht••!
