In today’s episode, I’m back in the kitchen after my trip to Italy, and recreating 4 fabulous recipes that I had there. I think the best part about traveling is taking things back and incorporating them into your daily life, which is what today’s episode is all about!

We’re recreating a simple prosciutto, mozzarella and fig appetizer, a spicier version of the classic Pasta All’Amatriciana, the best eggplant parm I’ve ever had, and finally, my Italian cocktail of choice- a Negroni spagliato.
