The Vine Trail is a walk-around tasting experience where foodies and wine lovers can grab a glass at the door and sample their way through food and wine combinations, expertly paired by sommeliers from The Tasting Class.
The first event took visitors on a journey through Italian regions, allowing people to sample 33 different grape varieties with world-class sommeliers and representatives from the producers on hand to guide people through each glass.
Concepts exist like this all around the world but there is nothing quite like it in the UAE. Events like Decanter Magazine’s Fine Wine Encounter, Toast Martinborough in New Zealand, the Bordeaux Wine Festival, and San Francisco’s, Uncorked, give visitors a chance to sample an incredible variety of grapes all in one place. The Vine Trail is a similar experience for the UAE.
