Just a short drive past the Angel of the North in Washington, you’ll find Fiume – a stunning Italian restaurant right on the riverside.
🍤 We kicked things off with Goats Cheese Bruschetta and Chilli King Prawns, both absolutely gorgeous. For mains, I went for the Chicken Zampone Rigatoni, while Moo savoured the Wild Mushroom Risotto. Everything was sooo tasty that we loved the bruschetta so much, we ordered it again for dessert!
🌿 After our meal, we took a peaceful stroll along the river to enjoy the local wildlife. What a perfect afternoon!
