Can confirm that ESFP's have been known to eat in-season fruits and veggies ๐
As an INTJ who just ate a banana and mayo sandwich, Frank I'm gonna have to ask you to stop looking in my window.
๐๐๐
I'm an INFP and yesss.. planning? I don't make it to the store lmao breakfast? What a concept
At least I feed my cats better than myself.
2:13 Banana mayo sandwiches! Didnโt Elvis eat that? Possibly with peanut butter?
INTJ: spend hours thinking about the perfect meals, get too mentally exhausted to cook, eat instant ramen and add spinach for nutrition
The INFJโs story ๐
HAHAHAHAHAH HEARING LOSS
As INTJ in the past and since recently ENTJ, time consumed for cooking is definitely of my concern haha
I am ISTP and can agree, I hate grocery shopping. I just buy whatever fits my diet and budget and then cook it. Keep it simple, keep it easy.
INFP here, it is a half truth for me here. But it is still satisfying enough
ISFP… accurate, I legit plan a whole meal but then when I get home I'm like. Nah let's eat out.
FRANK I NEED YOUR VERY PROFESSIONAL OPINION —
I'm an INFJ (not relevant btw js felt like saying it) and I'm writing a fantasy trilogy where there's this romance between an ESFP and an ISFJ and I need a very professional opinion on how it would work out. Who would fall for the other first? How would each react? Stuff like that. You're awesome btw I've been following your vids for a while now
INTP carnivore here. I eat pretty much the same thing every day. Why waste all that mental energy worrying about what to cook next?
Borderline INFP/INTP here, I'm feeling it.. forgetting ingredients, running out the door & eating in the car, and when I get home the meal plan will take too long so I'll just make something quick (tostada or heat up a frozen black bean burger, or something less healthy)
Intj here, and I'm probably proving someone else's point, but you can make banana bread with mayo instead of fresh eggs because it is eggs. Or if you use oil based mayos, it still works as a binding agent without using an animal product. And tuna cooked in a grape-juice marinade or with a grape chutney is pretty good, and you can have the chocolate for dessert. Cream cheese base with orange zest, glaze the sardines, eat over rice. I am nailing this challenge.
Honestly, though, i usually just pull a Bubble & Squeak and make a curry using whatever is in my fridge. Old faithful never fails
The INFP one is so real tho ๐ญ
Do I want to eat the Oreo's while in the store? Yes. Will I? No, I'd feel way too guilty. ><
INTJ destroyed by his own drawing results is sending me ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
The INFP is bullseye. I had quite bad time management and that often ruins my meal, leaving zero time to even think (let alone make) what to eat. At the end I just pick whatever I have left in the fridge or plunging to decision fatigue over what food to order. I often end up starving or eating leftovers or buying food that is too expensive for one meal. I experience this almost daily.
Btw, I enjoyed every second of this video, Frank. I even paused to finish laughing. ๐คฃIt's rare for me to laugh for 6 minutes straight.
I feel so called out rn ๐
I really do think Frank plays himself when he does the INFJ. The guilt trips, the dilemmas, the decision fatigue, the anxiety. Itโs all there.
I didnโt expect that tactic from the INTJ though. I thought heโd optimise his ingredients and plan to use them before the expiry date.
But I think Frankโs favourite character to play is the ENFP – the optimist who lives in la-la land.
Hahaha infj. forgets to eat because we were daydreaming and feeding ourselves from Universal energy and visions of the collective or individuals, until the body sends the alarm of "you are starving" so we eat cookies or potatoes to continue our inner journeys
ENFP, and the first bit just kind of got me, but OH BOY the second bit… ๐๐๐ I have 100% ordered spanakopita multiple times with completely equal consideration towards 1) the delicious flavor and 2) how fun the name is to say! ๐ ๐
ENFP. I'm planning right now. Smoked salmon quiche is the highlight. I cook a fancy and varied diet, or yogurt with… blueberries!
if weโre all not INFP on this oneโฆ
It's true, it is NOT easy. Maybe I should switch from whole to skim milk… Maybe 2%, baby steps. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
"Pannenkoeken!" ๐ And stroopwafels ๐ช๐ป
ISFP had a good point…
This one was so well-written and hilarious! The INFJ story was epic, and I loved the pannenkoeken lady!
Yep as an ENFP I always want to have a different menu every day so I feel excited about starting a new day hahah, even when it's just like monday with fried egg or tuesday with boiled egg
Wait wait how did you know ! As an INTJ My weekdays dinner for a millionth time literally consists of the combinations of bread, bananas, cheese/cream cheese, oranges and eggs(instead of sardines) and chocolate chip cookies as dessert lol. Youโre a wizard ๐
As an INFJ I can say I don't get it. I don't do that. First off no children and second I always eat the same food all the time.
As a INFJ with a five year old I felt seen
As a ENTJ, this is scarily accurate lol that's the reason I don't eat half of my meals, hate wasting time on cooking

The more I watch these the more I realize I'm definitely ISTJ and not INTJ.
Didn't think i would actually relate to my personality type but oh no. I do usually just eat a protein bar during the day then wander around the grocery store trying to think of what to buy and just give up because I'm too hungry and buy snacks.
That INTJ was a fool, who puts sweet things in with savoury items for dishes? Or includes ingredients they don't like? Poor preplanning of the ingredients challenge. Better to list out favoured ingredients, identify synchronicities between them, omit any obvious outliers (sardines, possibly), and THEN do the fun hat mixing fun draw thing.
The 3 ingredient challenge actually sounds kind of fun. ๐
As a single INFJ woman, I have a collection of easy and quick weekly meal plans. Complete with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a list of every ingredient and quantity I need to have available. So every week, I can just check what I have, and what I need to buy, so I don't need to go to the grocery store more than once.
Of course, I mostly end up making a frozen pizza or another readymade meal I stockpile, because I am mentally and physically drained when I come home from work. Less dishes (I don't have a dishwasher), and less time to prepare. But I choose high quality ready made meals, so there is that. ๐
But really, I am very happy with this collection, it is very practical, and the meals are both nutritionally balanced and delicious. Maybe I will actually manage to use it some time in the future. I really wish I was kidding. ๐ฅฒ
INFJ felt like a true story
LOL IM AN ESFJ AND THIS IS SOOOO ACCURATE!!!! I have a huge sweet tooth and love an elaborate dessert and thatโs why no matter how hard I try I always am a little bit chubby๐
