I initially stopped drinking last October as a part of my 75 hard challenge. I took it a step further when I noticed some of the benefits cutting out alcohol had on me physically and mentally. I made it through the holidays, vacations and most of the summer, but being the person that I am I wanted to be sure I didn’t have any temptations/weaknesses I still needed to explore when it came to the nutrition side of my wellness journey.

The wine tasting event was amazing and well worth the experience. It even changed my specie in red blends in a good way! I am grateful to be able to walk away from it confident that while I can enjoy alcohol it is no longer a crutch or an excuse to not become the best version of ME.
