In today’s video, Roberto invites us back out to show what their brand new remodel of the restaurant looks like. Roberto’s Ristorante just recently expanded and remodeled and they had a grand opening to show off their new establishment. We got to see some updates but we finally get to see the finished product. It was very busy as there was a line out the door! But wow did the brand new bar and remodel look nice! It was so beautiful. Plus there is a lot more room. The bar was packed! We tried several things tonight. We tried the Italian Punch and Bahama Mama for drinks. Roberto’s gave us an appetizer to try and it was good. For entrees, stuffed shells with Alfredo, cheese ravioli with Alfredo (stinkin’ good), Penne Barese, and also cauliflower crust pizza. All was great! Then we got to sample four desserts and those were great! We also got to meet some subscribers as well. Overall, the staff was great, Roberto is great, the remodel and bar are great, and the food is great. Everything looks fabulous! We’ve seen your previous reviews, sadly their hours don’t work with our schedule, so we haven’t been able to go there yet. My Dad was an Italian chef up in Mass, so I’m very picky when it comes to Italian food. The bar looks beautiful and traditional looking….not sure about the light over it, doesn’t seem to fit in. Must have a special meaning, wedding rings maybe?
We went there a couple of weeks ago while they were doing the remodeling.
Got my veal parm sandwich, without them chopping the meat, and it was very good. Next time I’ll get some extra sauce to dip it in! Their Antipasto side salad was excellent, you’re missing out just getting the side salad.
My wife got the small Margarita pizza, which we shared, and it was the best pizza we’ve had since being in Florida!

If you wouldn’t have said what area you were in as soon as you walked through the parking lot and I saw all of the golf carts I would have known immediately. 😂 We’ll be there in November and will definitely give them a go.

We were there Monday afternoon and so enjoyed the re-grand opening! Everything is so wonderful and the food always FABULOUS😍😍

It looks just like a senior citizen center. Nothing but a sea of grey hair. I think that you and Tember were the only young people there. Younger people don't have the money to be able to eat out at a place like that.

Driest veal parm I have ever had, a week ago. Roberto needs to hire a bartender, so he can get back in the kitchen.
