Every Wednesday and Saturday, there is a HUGE open air market in Martina Franca.

.
The Wednesday market has food AND clothing, so we always enjoy looking at the variety of textiles, shoes, clothing, and hats etc in addition to the stalls of fresh food.
.

Today we think we spent about 5 euros on all kinds of yummy produce.
.
.
I’m not really sure it’s really a major “haul”, but our hands were full at the end, so it was a good amount!!
.
.
After the market, we took a quick trip to the butcher, who treated us to “special” prosciutto from his back room. (Norman has been going there a lot so I guess he’s a VIP now?? LOL!!)
.
.
We also got sardines, bread, sparkling water and buffalo mozzarella. (Which didn’t make it into the video because we got hungry and just made lunch.)
