  1. Wow. A well thought out approach to a broad topic. Clearly a lot went into this, and the end result hit the mark. I like the benchmarks and alternatives for each category. Wine made easy (and fun)…no one else educates the way you can, Madeline. 🍷

  2. Madelaine, you're a wonderful teacher. Your explanations are simple yet thorough. I'd love to have you in my sommelier classes! An Italian sommelier, an avid reader of your book. Congratulations!

  3. Hi! The audio on this video is a bit thin and almost painfully sibilant – some simple audio processing would fix this, would recommend checking it out:) cheers, from an audio engineer

  4. If you didn’t grow up around wine what you’ll need mostly to enjoy it imo is curiosity.
Very very few traditional wines will be approachable to you in the beginning.
If you didn’t grow up around wine but loved your first Cabernet Sauvignon or Sangiovese you are truly rare.
For most of us there’s a transition that takes place.

  5. Thank you Madelaine, this really helps me 😃😊 simple and rly well layed out/paced, easy for my brain to understand <3
