“Epicurea” is the exclusive “Gastronomic Festival” organized by “Bulgari Restaurant” in Milan. Conceived by Stephane Gerschel and directed by Andrea Petrini, “Epicurea” hosts, each month, one of the most famous international Chefs, in the elegant and prestigious frame of Bulgari Restaurant. “Roberto Di Pinto”, executive chef of “Bulgari Hotel Milano”, introduces each menu with his own recipe and coordinates the wine pairing. Among the International Chefs partecipating at “Epicurea”: “Virgilio Martinez”, “Rodolfo Guzman”, “Yoshihiro Narisawa”, “Danny Bowien”, “Bertrand Grebaut”, “Inaki Aizpitarte”, “Kobe Desramaults”, “Magnuss Nilsson”, René Redzepi”, “Luca Fantin”.
