BURRITO BOWL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Kidney beans – 1 Bowl
Capsicums – 1 small bowl each
Tomato – 1 medium size
Onion – 1 medium size
Salsa sauce
Chipotle sauce
Red chili flakes – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves
Rice – 1 Bowl
Garlic powder
Salt – As per taste
Processed cheese – 1 bowl
Boiled corn – 1 small bowl
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Sour cream

PROCESS

1. Take a bowl; cut tomato and onion into fine pieces, add red chili flakes, coriander leaves and mix.

2. Take another bowl; add black pepper, lemon into sour cream.

3. Take oil in a pan, add onion when it gets hot
4. Add capsicums, corn, red chili flakes, black pepper, kidney beans
5. Now add little salsa sauce and chipotle sauce.
6. Add coriander leaves and salt.
7. After a minute add rice, mix it well.
8. Place it in a bowl.
9. Place kidney beans, salsa sauce and sour cream over the rice.
10. Sprinkle cheese over it.
11. Burrito bowl is ready.
