Get your mushrooms, shallots, and garlic ready to go. Then pound down your chicken and dredge it in your flour mixture with salt, pepper, and thyme. Use some butter and get your chicken pan frying until golden on each side.

Add some more butter, mushrooms, shallots, and garlic to your pan. Let that cook for a few minutes. Then add your wine, fresh thyme, and a dash of heavy cream. Let it cook and enjoy!!
