Το ψάρι δεν τρώγεται με τυρι κ ελιά αγαπητή μου διοτι τα προβιοτικα σκεπάζουν τα ωμέγα 3 το ψάρι τρώγεται παντα με βραστό λαχανικά ώστε να βοηθήσουμε την απορρόφηση ωμέγα 3 απο τα ψάρια 😊 φυσικά εσείς φατε το όπως το ονειρεύεστε.
