👉Ingredients-

1 full ladi pav (slit into 2 halves horizontally → we’ll use only the bottom piece)

3–4 tbsp butter

3 tbsp oil (optional, prevents butter burning)

5–6 garlic cloves (whole or sliced)

1 tsp mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp finely chopped green chillies

1–1½ cups mozzarella cheese (grated)

Fresh coriander / parsley (optional)

🔪 Method

• Heat butter + oil on low flame.

•Add garlic cloves. Fry until golden.

• Mash the fried garlic with softened butter, green chillies, chopped coriander, chilli flakes & mixed herbs.

• Apply a generous layer of garlic butter on cut side of pav.

• Sprinkle mozzarella (and processed cheese if using) evenly over the pav.

• Heat a heavy pan, place the pav with cheese side up along with water in small steel bowl ,cover with a lid and cook on low flame till cheese melts.

•Slice into squares/strips.

•Enjoy hot with ketchup or dip.
