The true test is Bun Bo Hue.
to be honest when I am traveling i do try to get the local food but more often than not I quickly start looking for asian or indian food to be guaranteed some good flavour !!
The best food I had in new zealand was from a vietnanese cafe and an indian restuarant.
But then i went to thailand and of course I ate only authentic thai food it was Amazing! But now I am spoiled every time I attempt thai food now here in Canada I am sooo disapointed
mabey i just havnt found the right places yet
Yo Bro, very nice vid, in Paris in Chinatown in the restaurant Fleur de Mai, where you got the pekin duck, is one of the best chinese Food for me, you should've get the Chicken with fried garlic, fresh ginger and scalions, it's crazy, and the beef fried noodle, they have crazy good food, my favorite. The duck and other chinese rotisseries, on the other side of the buildings they have an only rotisserie place, great best duck for sure, nice to see that you enjoyed your trip.
you have to go to chinatown in the phillipines oldest chinatown in the world!
you def chose the worst restaurants and banh mi places in chinatown and in paris ………; there are way better places.
The thing is, Europe consists of many countries and regions. I am an European and do not recognize these dishes.
It’s funny to see you eat at places I go to a lot. I love Vietnamese food.
The 13ème is fire !
Im from paris you made me want to discover asian food
The prices already include sales tax (5.5% for takeout), so the conversion is practically 1:1, maybe a little more.
Benmi here is $2.54 usd in Canada Ontario. Small hidden mom and pop shop.
France, Italy… There are 30 other countries…
I would expect good Vietnamese food in Paris, as lots of southern Vietnamese went to France during & after the war, same as the best Indonesian food outside of Indo, is in the Netherlands, because it was part of the empire & people emergrated. China Town London is Hong Kong food, not mainland Chinese food.
I like the fact that you went to a pretty high cost banh mi and found it cheap x) Thieng Heng (probably the most famous Banh Mi in chinatown) serves around 3€ banh mis and they're incredible !
OMG I was there same thime you guys were there! Chinese food there was so bad, I thought the locals (chinese) were just trying to scare me of how bad their Chinese food was.
Franse and Italia typical for Americans haha. Yiu have the beautiful Belgium next door en the Nederlands.
Yo Andrew! The rotisserie chicken you had is from "Rôtisserie Stévenot" on Montorgueil street. You made a perfect combo with the Utopie baguette 💯
Bahn Mi in SGV is around $6-7. Same price as France.
Nice video but you should have put "in Paris" since most
places you listed are there, but we do have many nice spots even in italy in Milano and other places, we have many migrants from mainly inland china since the 20th century because of the fashion manufacturing job increasing
Try the Chinese Surinamese in Amsterdam and Rotterdam the Netherlands
I ate too much roujiamo in gaoling in xian when I was in china a few months ago
When I went to France we visited Lyon, and stayed right next to a Japanese restaurant. It was late in the day, and we were tired so we ate there instead of trying to find something "local." The menu was pretty standard, but the food was excellent. We decided to try for a "Chinese" restaurant the next day. It looked kind of pan-Asian to me, but the food looked good. Unfortunately it was closed and we were moving on to a different town.
He
Banh mi 88 is the best banh mi in Paris imo
DAVID TURNED INTO SMALA AND THATS WHY ANDREW BROUGHT HIM ALONG.
You actually missed out on the legit phos in Paris.
Most French people think Vietnamese food is Chinese they have a hard time making the difference because they’ve been eating viet food often mixed with Chinese food and the Asian food culture is not that developed outside of Paris
Word of advice…look first if there is asian eating inside. I always know the food is good that way and don't only cater to french people.
We had some amazing sushi in Barcelona, the seafood is so fresh there
There are 4 Asian districts in Paris:
– 13th arrondissement: Indochinese and Chinese cuisines
– Belleville (20th arrondissement): Chinese cuisine
– Rue Sainte-Anne/Rue des petits champs (1st arrondissement): Japanese and Korean cuisines
– Nearby Arts et Métiers (3rd arrondissement): Chinese cuisine
when i go to a food place and see low prices i always think about the homeless people that beg on the street side. if you can make a sandwich that even those beggars can afford after they recieve some change from people, that is amazing. specially in the winter when it's ugly and cold out side , being able to eat a warm good sandwich , is amazing. warm food is a big psichological thing. very important. you can make affordable street food. you just need to be less greedy. Putting a smile on someone's face with a warm sandwich brings you closer to whatever God you believe in.
Yesss Baguette make the Banhmi wayyy more better !
Países como Francia o Italia o Reino Unido o Alemania son países borrosos
I know there’s Asian food in Europe but I always wondered how big Asian food is, so this is great to see
Food in Italy is pretty junk it’s wild. Italian food at least
Thanks for reviewing Viet foods
Andrew yes resturants bahn mis are 10 and up but i can get them at asian grocery stores for 6.50 and it has lots of meat cucumbers and pickle veggies in sacramento. Who the fuck goes to France and Italy for Asian food?
It’s like going to Cambodia and actively searching for lasagna.
Pho was a French inspired dish if you didn’t know
Get double eye lid surgery in Taiwan
