Their app doesn't have feedback option, not sure what's the status today as I uninstalled it. Taste not to standards, delivery issues, many more problems which they don't want to even hear from customers.
Lapinos is using these influences to do marketing because they failed to impress the customers with taste and service. Their every influencer video will show some negative side of domino's to show how lapinos is better.
