Very nice recipe, one thing I do is use panko bread crumbs instead of fine ground bread crumbs , I add poultry seasoning to the raw cutlets prior to adding the panko bread crumbs , it is delicious

So this is basically like chicken Parmesan minus the marinara sauce, but you’ve added garlic powder to the bread crumbs and added lemon wedges. It looks delicious! I’m making this today!
