Few days ago, Chef Enrico Bellini, Michelin Green Star at his former restaurant, together with Campo al Signore Winery, hosted an unforgettable dinner under the stars in the heart of the Bolgheri vineyards.
Enrico expressed his talent dish after dish, as part of a new project: LAND. A beautiful vision where agriculture, gastronomy, and culture come together – a place dedicated to culinary research, innovation, and celebrating our territory. Very soon, Land will take shape in a truly unique setting… and I can’t wait to tell you more.

Qualche giorno fa, lo Chef Enrico Bellini, Stella Verde Michelin nel ristorante dove precedentemente lavorava, insieme a Campo al Signore, ha creato una cena indimenticabile sotto le stelle nei vigneti di Bolgheri.
