  3. I’ve been chasing the “pizza dough dragon “ for 20+ years .. finally cracked it.. to include being able to freeze it.. 3-4hrs at room temp and it’s ready to go..

    You gotta try these!
    As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
    Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs…
    1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
    1/4 Part Peanut Butter
    1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish – not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
    1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
    Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 – 1/3 inch wide)
    Smoked Paprika
    Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
    Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
    Mash yolks with fork until fine.
    Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
    After PB and Horseradish are mixed…
    Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. – Do not over mix or it will separate!!!!!!!!!!
    Put mixture in eggs – I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers…
    Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
    Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
    Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.
    Enjoy!

  6. Apparently they had an hour to sloppily throw together a video. Where do I start? First off, Marry Me Chicken has bacon in the dish. How in the hell do you leave it off of a pizza? Not to mention some form of onion either in the sauce or as a topping. You also pushed all the air out of the dough by rolling it, and that's why you ended up with a cracker instead of a pizza. You can't even take the time to make dough? (it's not hard, you even said so yourself many times). How hard is it to grill up a nice juicy chicken breast and dice it up? That dry shredded chicken is only going to get drier. Sorry, but this is a fail.

  7. Was delicious! We had to add some mushrooms because i can't NOT have mushrooms….lol a drizzle of hot honey is also good!

  8. I understand the topping fresh, but it should have been in the meal to start. I do know that this is YT, but cmon…..
    Fresh toppings at the end are stupid unless it adds color, even then, it is stupid because the cook knew that it could have been added before…..
    Make a meal that is a meal, not a restraunt quality BS.

  9. It's hard for me to understand how you do not like sun dried tomatoes, but I get it. I hate Seafood. My first experience with sundries tomatoes was with a whole round brie cheese sliced in half and stuffed with sun dries tomatoes and pesto. Sofaking good. have loved them ever since. Pizza looks awesome. Thanks for the video!
