Today’s pour: Castellari Bergaglio Gavi DOCG – made from the Cortese grape. Straight out of Piedmont, this one’s all about zesty lemon freshness, crunchy green pear, and bright, lively acidity.
Simple, elegant, I’m not sure I absolutely love it though….I’d rather go for an Arneis! What do you guys think?
