꿀이라 듣자 마자 화강암? 했는데 역시나 ㅋㅋ 화강암과 편암 지대! 오스트리아 와추 지역
아직 맛볼 기회가 없는 와인들이라 해도, 선생님들이 이런저런 설명을 곁들여 주시면서 테이스팅하시면 그걸 토대로 맛을 상상해 보게 됩니다. 그렇게 미리 공부를 해 두고, 언젠가 기회가 왔을 때 이 이야기들이 자양분이 될 거라 생각하면 설레는 마음이 몽글몽글 올라와요. 정말 소중한 영상들이에요 🙂

Peter Lauer is a star. I recognize that Peter gave that bottle (I haven’t tried that bottle yet) 95 which is a really high score for him. I need to seek that one out.

I'm sipping a Mosel Riesling by Killian Franzen from Bremm, the Neefer Frauenberg 2022. I agree with Peter, 2021 is THE vintage for Mosel wines, especially from the Saar, as is the one they have in the video. Great job as always, Min!
