Hello friends today we made FOCACCIA bread. it is a ITALIAN BREAD it is a very tasty and easy to make at home.Even if you dont have a microwave or OTG you can make it very easily in a pressure cooker.its not like the regular bread because it has stuffing in it.it is a bread with flavours.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tbs powder sugar
2 tbs dry yeast
3 tbs odorlessrefind oil
salt as taste
500 grams all purpose flour
FOR STUFFING
1 cup grated paneer
1 cup boil corn
1 cup mix red green yellow capcicum
1/3 cup oilves
1/3 cup jalapeno
1 /2 cup process cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tbs chilly flacks
3 tbs red chilly powder and garlic paste
salt as taste
1 tbs oregano
