    Jaime, you could switch that clothes washer out for a dishwasher in the first house. That glass over the door to the living room is a fan light. Transomes are openable to move air into rooms with the door closed. They were used a lot in houses and buildings before air con.
    Did you notice the picture of Lenin on the floor mat in the library, and I think the bearded guy on the wall was Marx?
    The house was my favorite, but the 1st one minute was great.
    How did the get a Montepulciano wine in Abruzzo? Montepulciano is in Tuscany and they make some of the best wines in the world there.

    So many great things about Penne!!! Location, 7% commune, all of the necessary amenities right there, known as the city of bricks, and only about 13,000 population so not overwhelmingly large!!!! ❤❤ I'm like Jamie….no laundry in the kitchen. With over 3500 sq ft you can surely find a better spot & I'd have a washer & dryer. (I hate the combo machines!! Had one in a rental & it was a nightmare!) Led Zeppelin is my favorite, too, Jamie!!!! Loved the 1st one minute wander, for sure, but WAY TOO big for me. 😅 That 2nd one minute wander is MY PERFECT PLACE!!! ❤ 😍

    I've found out long term rentals are HARD to find. Sad to say.

    Happy 20th Wedding Anniversary to you two lovelies!! 😍😍This town is fabulous! I love how close it is to the beach too. The main property is absolutely stunning & just perfect. My favorites this week were the 1st & 2nd OMW's. I could live happily ever after in either of those.     The South Eastern side of Italy is undesirable. Earthquake region. Lots of cracks and dilapidated unkept unlived properties. Younger people leave and go to the big cities leaving the older folk behind.
