That "rice" thing its actually chicken, its shredded chicken, with an "sauce" called catupiry wich is a type of cream cheese, not exaclty like cream cheese, its tangy, buttery, and soft, people use it on snacks like "coxinhas" and stuff. Its really good and its one of the most traditional pizza flavors in Brazil. And if you think this is "weird" man, you havent seen anything lol.
