  1. Wearing a life vest on a watercraft should be made mandatory in the same manner as a seatbelt is mandatory in a car…No exceptions…High fines…

  2. If you are undoubtedly going to be found guilty and are facing considerable amount of time you will not get bail…

  3. if you are not a strong swimmer why would you go out not wearing a life-jacket? it just doesn't make any sense

  4. It would be a good idea,to check the waters where the current is flowing. And where the winds were coming. If there is a current, the body usually floats about 400 yards in 2 days

  5. I think, Ontario needs to send this news to the cellphone of every driver so that people will know the punishment of their choices.

  6. Boycott is still on . counter measures are best done voluntarily by boycotting American products. If we all stand together and keep the boycotting fresh and active .
