  2. I know it’s weird. But I use cottage cheese when making stuffed shells. Been eating them like that since I was child. As an adult eating stuffed shells with ricotta just doesn’t taste as good to me

  3. I use to cook many years ago. You can always tell a master of their trade by how easy they make things look. No recipe no measurements and at the end, you have a fricking masterpiece of pasta. Love it.

  4. There is NO GARLIC in the bolognese sauce. PLEASE STOP using that much garlic in all your dishes thinking that's "italian cuisine" because it is not. And I know it because I AM ITALIAN!
