but why blend it, it will just slice the things but it won't give a lto of flavor in the pesto, but if I get the Mortar and pestle I will make psto with that instead of aBlender & Food procesor
As an Italian we don’t boil basil and use toasted bread on pesto, but we use fresh basil leaf crushed in a mortar with peanuts and then we add olive oil Parmesan and pecorino.
