I was about 10 or 20 ft away from her and the other royals during the trouping parade in 1982-1985, when they let people stand on that island in front of the palace. Diana was so beautiful!

My grandmother had two kitchens. One was in a separate building near the house with a modern cooker. The other inside the house with ovens either side of the fire. A grill on top and a kettle hanging above
