The helium paired drink would be so fun on a first date or with new friends.
Let me know if you want an in-house cocktail bartender at some point as I'm currently based in Glasgow <_<
Has anyone else noticed that Mike on helium sounds incredibly similar to Janice? 😉
Maybe the title wasn't intended to pit the sides against each other. Maybe it was a comparison. Maybe it was showing the diffrences, but it is still confusing since they are actively working together.
12:41 made me leave and watch Yello videos. amazing.
please can we have more of kush cooking great foods could watch it all day
this was really interesting. i learned so much!
Absolutely premium Sorted content right here – pros being pros and normals enjoying all the flavours!
Loved this vid
I just wish you could understand the bartender. He really needs to actually open his mouth while speaking.
As someone who doesn't drink (I'm now 27 months 26 days sober and planning for decades more) but who has tended bar, and loves to cook, videos like this are some of my favorite!
Kush's crunchy feta trick is a game changer!
Someone needs to tell Kush that the Hellman’s mayo he’s using in the squeeze bottle isn’t the good one. It doesn’t have the same ingredients as the one in the jar and is to be avoided.
If I had ever played poker face, I don't think I could trust a Kush vol-au-vent

This is the best video this year. Loved it
These are so cool, but then you look at the menu and they've used AI to reinterpret classic artworks, and the worse part they have the gall to call it "paying homage to the original artists".
There's no way they're short of money to pay actual artists to make reinterpretations. Just scumbaggery.
What's his name? Salvatore Calabrese, absolutely classless and calls himself "the maestro"
25:30 "Annoyingly, it's the smartest yet when I feel my most stupid." Yes, Barry, a plurality of cocktails will do that…
I'm not normally remotely interested in cocktails (although the cumulative effect on Mike and Barry was very entertaining) but the discussion around the balance between the different ingredients and the resultant experience was quite fascinating. I'm happy to watch Kush cooking all day long (he excelled himself here ), and I'd be equally happy to listen to Luca talking about how each cocktail is put together, and the function of each element.
The callback to the Sonic Chef gadget just shows that the science behind it was sound (literally!).
So, the drops added to the balloon are a strawberry flavoring/essence? (Similar to Ebbers flavor assortment)
Really loved the last cocktail. I wouldn't mind seeing the normals do a segment of their own cocktails
I feel like I'm watching $40 drinks being made that I'll never experience.
15:04 the cocktails seem nice but those paintings are cheap AI generated copies of famous artists, gaudy slop, sorry
How fun. Learned a bit about drinks and pairings. Good job!!
The mixologist giving me big Sidney Crosby energy lol
Coffee cocktail would be my fave,
I know that YouTube is packed with 'how to cook' videos, but given so many of them are sponsored and biased and have fallen to the wayside of clickbait and algorithm-chasing rankings and 'I blanked every blank in blank' videos (looking at you Weisman and Babish), would you ever consider putting out a back to basics series?
Pair your chefs with your now very well-trained normals for a long series for new cooks to get started on – from gear you need, knives and knife maintenance, pots and pans and maintenance, basic cooking techniques, and pair every single episode with something from Sidekick that shows off what you taught in that episode?
WHY DID YOU NOT OFFER YOUR GUEST THE FOOD??
The pro gadget idea of infusion is superb.
Absolutely love the seasonal tomato 🍅🍅🍅
just ace 🙂
Italian and British accents in one video!
I was giggling the whole video ❤
Please tell me you have a video of Kush and Luca discussing what to make and how to pair those together and you're going to release it next. 🙏
3:40 "Straight away you get the orange zest at the end"
baz has almost gone by the end of this you can see hes almost on the edge
This is the first time in my 39 year life when I have noticed a lisp on someone speaking English with an accent.
Fact: You don't need a "mother" (scoby) to make kombucha. You only need the fermented tea you keep the scoby in.
I was wondering why I'd never heard of tonka beans before, turns out they're banned here because they can cause liver damage. I understand now why they're sold cheaper!
Breakfast drink and desert dish
Mike & Bazza both sounded like Charles Hawtrey from the carry on films when they inhaled the helium. 🤣🤣
Can you get a working microphone for Kusch?
The post-helium scene was pretty much how I hear Barry and Mike most of the time, tbh
Such a good episode. I would love to see more like this. So fun and informative. Just great stuff, guys. Keep it coming.
This was a lovely watch, Kush calmly talking us through the most delicious looking recipes and perfect drinks on the side.
