The video explores why eating pasta in Europe feels different than in the US and suggests that the addition of folic acid to American grain products might be the reason. It explains how the chemical industry influenced regulations, leading to folic acid being sprayed on all flour, bread, and pasta in the US. The video recommends eating organic versions of grains and offers some **health tips**.
Ever noticed how eating pasta and bread in Europe makes you feel light and energized, but eating the same foods in the U.S. leaves you bloated, tired, and moody? 😴 Here’s why: 🔬 In 1993, the chemical industry convinced the government to spray all grains with folic acid—a man-made synthetic that doesn’t exist in nature. 🥖 All flour, bread, pasta, and cereal in the U.S. is “enriched” (aka sprayed with folic acid). ⚠️ Folic acid overload messes with your metabolism and energy levels—turning what should be nourishing into something that drains you. 💡 Solution? Choose organic, non-enriched versions of grains, rice, and pasta! Your body will thank you. Have you noticed this difference when eating in Europe vs. the U.S.? Share your experience below! ⬇️

Not true about eating pasta and losing weight in Europe. 😂 But, we got you…
Just google folic acid….. it's in broccoli, leafy greens, brussel sprouts….
Not true. Europe does not have that kind of magic. Trust me I am European
Vitamin B9 (also known as folate or folic acid) is crucial for several key processes in the body. Here are the main ones:
Cell Growth and Division: Vitamin B9 is essential for the synthesis of DNA and RNA, which are the building blocks of every cell. This makes it particularly vital during periods of rapid growth, such as during pregnancy, infancy, and adolescence.
Red Blood Cell Formation: It is necessary for the production of healthy red blood cells. A deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anemia, a condition where the red blood cells are abnormally large and don't function properly.
Brain and Spinal Cord Development: Adequate intake of B9 is extremely important for pregnant women to help prevent neural tube defects in the developing baby, such as spina bifida and anencephaly.
Metabolism: It works with other B vitamins (like B12) to help the body break down, use, and create new proteins and plays a role in the metabolism of certain amino acids.

There is a significant difference in the sweetness of products between America and Europe. Americans have a much lower sensitivity to sweetness, so eating less sweet products isn't enough for them; the sweetness of today's products is incomparable, with European products still being much less sweet.
This is due to the increasingly higher use of ingredients like glucose-fructose syrup. It's similar to other drugs: prolonged use leads to a reduced sensitivity, and the body requires stronger and stronger doses. This increasing obesity is then linked to things like insulin / leptin resistance. Hormones are key to weight loss. Not calories. But bread and pasta may play huge role in this.
Also US grains have been selectively bred for high yield and have increased gluten content as a result… grains in Italy are more original strains and generally have a lower gluten content.
Also there are no healthy carbohydrates. The human body literally has zero requirement for exogenous glucose.
Damn you Monsanto!
American food is toxic
Folate acid is not at all the reason for obesity in america
Nice zero evidence short talking shit about something.
You're so full of s***. What do you think is in lettuce?
Bunk.
Folic acid is vitamin B9.
I eat pasta once every 5 months that's enough
No its just in Italy they eat much smaller portions my friend
I'm sure if known.. "inform Kennedy" Step Up! Be a Hero❤️!
Mexico won’t buy any flour from America. I heard this one business that uses the Egyptian seeds. Every thing is organic. No pesticides, no bleaching. I have order yet but the reviews are high. The same flour they have all the nutrients so there is gluten problems and anything that shouldn’t be there. Love your body.
