This looks like an amazing ship. From the food to the decor to the lack of screaming children this is the kind of cruise for me!
despite the fact that the ship is extraordinary and luxurious, land-trip would give you more opportunities for the same amount of money for posh and at the same time full-of-sightseeing tour (e.g. jokursarlon, southern coast waterfalls). Happy to see Kirjufell again (was in a bus tour from Reykjavik to Snefelsness natural park in 2015)

I have taken many cruises over the years on a number of cruise lines, but none of them compares with this one. A cruise ship with it's own submersibles. Seriously? I have cruised all over the world, including 2 trips up the Norwegian coast, but have never made it to Iceland for one reason or another. The food and particularly the accommodation look to be exceptional for a cruise ship, where space is at a premium. I really enjoyed this video which had definitely got me thinking about my next trip.
Most luxurious expedition cruise ship in the world? I think Ponant's Le Commandant Charcot has some opinions on that statement.
