  1. Nobody ever shares what they do with the jars after jarring tomatoes or sauce. Do you refrigerate them? Store them in a cabinet? How long do they last?

  2. Why is it that I cannot understand or process anything this woman is saying I've watched the video at least five times and it's still so confusing

  4. Looks great. However. I pack the simmering tomatoes into hot jars. Invert and cover with towel overnight. Works every time. No canner or hot bath.

  5. So how long do these last in the fridge?? 😮 I want to start avoiding the store bought pasta sauce and if I make my own can or 2, I want to keep it in the fridge for whenever Im in the mood for pasta.

  6. OK, so I have a question and this is interesting to me. You put them on the side now I saw a video where it’s distributed evenly. I get that but I’ve gone to some classes and I live in the Midwest. They have classes at Purdue extensions and they say like don’t do that it will disrupt the sealso I know you’re a test cook. Have you ever had that happen because I would actually definitely try that putting it outside. It makes more sense. I’m just afraid that the jars won’t seal properly. You know how you hear that ping

  8. Why remove the collars after canning (I've never canned before and this is the first im hearing to remove the collars)
