  1. The "too big tub" should have had a heated bottom. All
tubs without heated/insulated bottoms become cold
very quickly. I'm surprised a designer doesn't know this.

  2. When the guy said that he likes symmetry in architecture, I couldn’t help but laugh. Just watch some russian real estate channels like VDT, and you’ll immediately get what I mean.

  3. Astonishing estate, definitely my style. And I really enjoyed the presentation. Would love to build a similar house in the future in our country. Greetings from the Netherlands

  4. En fait cette demeure est dans la catégorie luxieuse …. en même temps il y a une certaine simplicité par endroit qui l'a rend conviviale
    Je like 👍

  5. Brilliant and beautifully designed house. I love the symmetry as well. Aesthetically and thoughtfully decorated. Practical to use and move around in. Plus fabulous garden. Everything about this house is fantastic. Why can’t all architects appreciate that houses are for people to live and relax in. Not warehouses for acres of hideous glass, marble and other cold materials and useless caverns of space. Don’t other designers on this Luxury Home show know the cost of electricity? Why be so intentionally wasteful right from the off?

  6. Loved this video..main area is done so beautifully and love hoe Des gave tips about things that worked well and didn't

  7. Best explained house iv watched so far.The attention to details and showcasing them to the viewers is very poetically explained.A true mark of a designer.

  8. Best explained house on this channel ! Such an elegant house, love the airy space in the kitchen everything is just beautiful. Des is also an amazing presenter this channel this more of people like him ! Class

  9. I don’t care for large window-covering shrubbery as those on the front side. I like the color of the outside w the different garage finishing. Love the pantry. Great back yard.

  10. I cannot believe he called this neo classical! Some "award-winning" architect. He wouldn't pass a 101 architecture appreciation class at a community college if he thinks that is neo classical! At best this can be called modern Georgian or modern Georgian revival.
You clowns falling all over yourselves to praise him also have no clue what you are talking about.

  11. Dışardan çok güzel yapılmış çok beğendim, içeri girince hayal kırıklığına uğradım , yerde kullanılan malzemeler yanlış çok ucuz ve basit .özür dilerim ama bu benim fikrim .❤

  12. A luxury home that's actually being used and you can tell there is people living in it! The small details you notice, a wire, pile of books, a scratch in the floor.
Tye kitchen area is my favorite, perfect for families

Insgesamt: simulierter Individualismus.

  14. This is one the best houses ever- cleverly designed and not over the top. That architect deserves his awards. I loved loved loved his explanations, his attention to minutes details. I completely agree that it's hard to harmonize a garage with a neo classical house but he did it. So in love with this house.

  15. O I love this home! I would love to see more fro this presenter, his vibe is magnificent calm and the architecture is gorgeous

  16. What can I say? Absolutely stunning! Wish I had the money to engage an Irish architect, Des Ewing, to design and orchestrate the build of a home for me. Sadly not to be. Not usually a fan of an open kitchen on to a living area, but it works perfectly in this design. Love the symmetry. So refreshing not to be hit by overflowing rogues galleries and art finds covering the walls, so often an inevitable mishap of homes featured on the internet.

  17. The house was nice. The fittings, cheap. Surprised someone would spend all that and then cheap out on the interior.
