I love all the ways you have of cooking veggies. I know it takes practice to make it look so effortless but you make it feel like something we can all achieve!!
What's the benefit of including veal in the mince meat mix? I always assumed the main difference between veal and full-grown beef was the tenderness, which doesn't matter if you're mincing it
I love this channel so much ngl it's interesting and the commentary makes me laugh at times πΊ I just realized I kinda sound like a bot but I digress π
How do they reheat? Oven or microwave? I often think of my "if I get wealthy" list and I love cooking too much so I would only occasionally have meals made for our family of 8 by a private chef lol.
The best thing about how you cook is how relatable it is. Like I always imagine a personal chef just cooking crazy stuff. But you've made me realize that gourmet food is food made in its simplest way possible but for all the right reasons.
I would put them in the oven if I'm worried about the meatballs being 100% cooked through for children or myself when pregnant, but when I'm not putting the meatballs right in the sauce is the best way π€€π it's soo good, you can also make them smaller if you think they'll be too raw inside. π I love using almond milk in the meatballs π
You can microwavw the meatballs slightly to set the shell before putting them in the sauce. It can reduce some of the fat that cooks off the shell instead of getting into the sauce.
Iβm going to make the meatballs in the sauce without browning them first next time. Will save me a huge step as I do it on the stovetop not the oven. They like to eat them without the sauce a lot of times when Iβm cooking them.
I cook my clients dinner each night very light lunch and Fridays is always long making their meals interesting for the weekend. They donβt look like yours!

It's sooo off to me that you have to pre-cook pasta for these weirdo rich people. As if they weren't able to freshly cook pasta for 10 minutes…
They make you wear a mask?
i want a personal chef so bad! Alas, i will never be this rich.
Being so rich you're unwilling to cook your own pasta is fucking crazy.
I wish I could afford a chef like you, fantastic cooking!
Am I the only one wondering what it'd be like if he was a contestant on Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen?
NGL I feel your customers are getting more than money can pay for with what you do. Thanks chef

Everything looks so delicious! Youβre so talented π
My mother never browned her meatballs. She cooked them in the sauce slowly for hours. They were fall apart tender.
