  3. I make these quite often.

    If you are making them for a crowd, I tend to cook a bunch in the oven between 2 sheetpans. This also works with grilled cheese.

  5. My WI grands make quesadillas a bit different: they scramble a cpl eggs & pour them into the skillet, add the shredded cheese, then put the tortilla on top. Flip it lighter then fold until browned. They're 13 & 10 this year & they've been making it themselves for the last 2 yrs in a gas stove.
    My son taught them bc their mom just opens plastic bags (cheese sticks, hot dogs, white bread, cold cuts, you get the gist). They also know how to Dr ramen so it's more nutritious, sale deal: add eggs, milk for creaminess, etc.

  6. @theplantslant2431 Here is a recipe that I think you will actually enjoy recreating for us to cleanse your palate, no cottage cheese and plenty of beans!

  7. I recommend using airtight containers and parchment paper to separate, instead of plastic. Not only is it cheaper, better seal, but you can ditch the single use plastic!
