One standard serving of pastalini is around 2 to 4 oz tops. Fresh pastalini takes 3 1/2 minutes to cook and then you have to drain it longer than regular pasta due to the hollow space that goes through the center like a straw so they have to let the pastalini drain off the water before adding the sauce😅

I know this makes great television/reality programs, but it's just so bloody painful to watch.
If their restaurant and food is so great – why call in Gordon Ramsay to fix the abundantly clear problems.
