Spanish-Style Marinated Olives
The marinade for these delicious easy-to-make olives includes many of the flavors of Spain – olive oil, orange, lemon, smoked paprika, sherry vinegar, garlic, and rosemary.
They can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one month, making them an easy addition to your picnic basket, and a quick first item to be put out while setting up your wine country spread.

Series 10 Wine Country Picnic
My favorite part of a trip to wine country (besides the wine tasting!), is enjoying a lovely al fresco meal in or near the vineyards.
In this Series we will prepare an elevated picnic menu with dishes from four of the premier wine-growing regions in the world: France, Italy, Spain, and California.
Dishes have been selected for their ease of preparation and ability to be made almost entirely the day before, their portability, their “holding” ability, and of course their fabulous flavor!
