Part 5 – From Carosello 3000 gondola to Mickey’s club
This video is Part 5 of our 9-part exploration of Livigno Ski Resort in Italy. In this episode, we leave the Carosello 3000 gondola south direction and then turn left and left again to drive north on the main road of Livigno, where you can find many gas stations( remember to fill your tank before leaving Livigno to save money). On the right of the road, you can see the snow farm that looks a bit like a little snow hill, and the many cross-country ski tracks in their final days of the season. Then you can see Mottolino fun mountain, Mottolino lift and run, and after crossing Via Bondi, we finish on Micke’s club, the best nightclub in Livigno, on the left of the road.
About Livigno

San Rocco – Situated near the Carosello 3000 base station, popular with those who like quick ski-in/ski-out access and lively après-ski.
San Giovanni – A more tranquil area with plenty of open space, family-friendly accommodations, and easy access to cross-country trails.
Plan da Sora – A quieter residential zone close to the forest, great for walking trails.
Centro – The heart of Livigno, bustling with cafés, shops, and nightlife.
Cassana – Northern entry point to the ski area, connected by the Cassana Gondola, ideal for avoiding the central crowd during busy ski days.
The Ski Areas
Livigno offers two major ski areas connected by a free ski bus:
Carosello 3000 – Famous for wide, sunlit slopes perfect for cruising, panoramic mountain views, and long, flowing runs that suit all levels of skiers.
Mottolino Fun Mountain – The playful side of Livigno, known for its world-class snowpark, challenging pistes, and freeride areas. A magnet for snowboarders and freestyle skiers.
Winter Activities
In winter, Livigno becomes a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts:
Alpine skiing and snowboarding with over 115 km of pistes.
Cross-country skiing on more than 30 km of groomed trails.
Snowshoeing, fat biking, and ice climbing for adventurers.
Lively après-ski bars and cosy mountain huts serving local dishes like pizzoccheri and sciatt.
