  1. unfortunately most pestos are not keto freindly, from my experience. And that looks like a lot of carbs when you include all the broccoli and tomatoes

  2. I would use all organic – chicken with skin, natural spices and leave out or replace tomatoes with something else like pumpkin seeds or toasted macadamia nuts.. needs crunch …

  5. Thank you! Finally someone who is making more balanced and low carb meals. I feel like i’ve seen so many recipes where it’s like cheese as a base and then meat and heavy cream.

    I’m thinking that can’t be good to eat.

  6. This is healty but it sure aint keto. Thats keto if 5 people eat it….thats like 200g of pesto….only that is like 18g of carbs and 800kcal

  7. Bacon wrapped mayo is much healthier that what most people are eating in the west. Anyone who says keto is unhealthy is either lying or misinformed.

  8. I hate how they push the narrative of keto is “unhealthy” it’s cause of those vids of first time keto ppl who just eat ribeye steaks and eggs 3 times a day keto is sooo much more than that there are plenty fruits

  11. If u have ibs I would recommend zucchini instead of broccoli do to it being a irritant to ibs in some people
