In this video, I compare London’s cheapest pasta restaurant to one of the most expensive Michelin star Italian restaurants. First, I visit PaStation near Goodge Street Station, where fresh handmade pasta dishes start at just £5.95 ($7.50). Then I head to Luca, one of London’s most famous Michelin-starred Italian spots, where a single pasta dish costs £56 ($70).
Which is worth it, budget pasta or fine dining luxury? Let’s find out.

  1. If you're going to compare 2 Italian places but not compare the same meals you may aswell just try Gregg's pasta pot and compare it to a 5 course dinner at Sartoria (in Mayfair)

  2. Pasta Evangelist does absolute fire pasta mate, plus pasta in the post kits
That'd be a banger, meal kit reviews or something.

  3. Hi Harrison, please try Afghan food!!! It’s a perfect but unique blend of Central Asian, Middle Eastern and Persian flavours 🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫

  4. Those massive ice cubes are the biggest con ever. Take it out of the glass and see how much liquid your sixteen quid gets you. Rip off!

  5. Cacio e pepe never go into the pan. Is only water pecorino and some parmesan. Angnolotti cacio e pepe is not an italian dish, may be in the XVi century they used to eat Agnolotti, cheese and butter, not now. The best way to eat agnolotti is; Agnolotti al sugo di arrosto e tartufi (Piemonte).

  6. Next time at Pastation please please try Sicilian pistachio and Prawns with Tagliatelle pasta specifically..a 1000/10

  7. What happened with you? You used to talk differently, less pretentious. Now it's impossible to watch.

  8. This video is a completely in nonsense. Why you ordered cheap classic and simple pasta in the first restaurant and ordered a posh pasta on the other one? Wtf. How these both even compare?

  9. Does anyone else miss the comedic Harrison? This Harrison is a bit too bougie and celebrity-ish. I still love all your videos, I hope the real Harrison comes back around.

  10. Like a clown with a crude palate and no knowledge of cooking, serving, or different cuisines in general, he wants to comment on food he don’t even understand. And everyone around him is sucking up to him just because he gets views. It’s pathetic.

  11. At 17:57 was that Linus and Lucy by Vince Guaraldi in the background? I just have a lot of memories of that song from my childhood and I thought that's what I heard.

  12. I think if you are going to compare Italian restaurants you would want to order the same or similar dishes? This is not a fair comparison I’m afraid. I see someone else has explained what Jerusalem artichokes are. 😊
