Its Summer 2025, a devastating year in our democracy, put your politics aside for one moment and acknowledge this meal, two men fathers of daughter(s) one a previous president who is talking about hope and our future, and another an iconic chef and documentarian feeling uneasy of that future but knowing how much he loves his meal and loves his daughter, and asking both a father and former president how one should feel for the future this interview proves that it doesn't matter where you come from we all have HOPES and DREAMS and we are the SAME. This interview is so important to this small noodle shop in Hanoi, Vietnam that it's been preserved for anyone who visits, the depth of this interview goes beyond boundaries (which is what Anthony always stood for) I hope that his daughter can go next year as it will be 10 years since Anthony visited it with Obama
